Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Qaleera, a brand owned and operated by Brilliant Edge Systems and Technologies Private Limited.
1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation and successful payment. Processing may take longer during sales, festive periods, new launches, high order volumes, public holidays, or operational disruptions.
2. Dispatch Timeline
Once packed and handed over to the courier partner, the order status may be updated through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or tracking link, depending on the available system. Dispatch timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are:
· Metro cities: 3 to 7 business days
· Non-metro cities: 5 to 10 business days
· Remote locations: 7 to 14 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, customer location, weather, strikes, public holidays, and other external factors.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed before checkout or communicated at the time of order placement. Qaleera may offer free shipping during selected offers or above certain order values.
5. Courier Partners
We work with third-party courier and logistics partners. Once an order is dispatched, delivery is subject to the courier partner’s process and timelines. Qaleera is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, but we may assist customers in tracking and escalating genuine delivery concerns.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Qaleera will not be responsible for delayed, failed, lost, or returned orders caused by incorrect delivery details, incomplete delivery information, wrong contact details, customer unavailability, customer refusal of delivery, or restricted delivery location.
7. Failed Delivery and RTO
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, refusal, or non-response, the order may be returned to origin.
In such cases:
· No refund will be provided
· Reshipping charges may apply
· Qaleera may cancel the order if repeated delivery attempts fail
8. Damaged or Tampered Package
If the package appears opened, damaged, wet, tampered with, or suspicious at the time of delivery, the customer should take clear photos before opening, record an unboxing video, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, and share evidence with our support team. Claims without timely proof may be rejected.
9. Delayed Delivery
Delivery delays may occur due to reasons outside our control. These include courier delays, weather, strikes, natural disasters, holidays, local restrictions, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events. A delayed delivery alone shall not qualify for return, refund, or cancellation unless required by applicable law.
